The meaning of the willow tree is powerful:
To be empowered is to be set free; liberated. It is defined as becoming more confident and stronger.
The act of Healing literally means to once again become whole. To be well again; to restore one's health.
I hold a space for women to grow; physically and spiritually, through yoga asanas (postures), visualization, and reflection.
I also infuse reiki (defintion) into each practice, to fully recieve the benefits and insights that are waiting for you.
I am powerfully passionate about empowering women - it is truly my "calling".
